Rainwater, floodwater, and standing water directly affect road performance and the safety of structures and sites. New Emaar Establishment therefore provides floodwater drainage and sewer network implementation services, helping protect roads, buildings, and surrounding areas from damage caused by water accumulation or uncontrolled flow.
We study the site conditions, water flow paths, levels, and collection points, then implement the networks and structures needed to channel and drain the water safely. We also ensure these works are coordinated with roads, sidewalks, entrances, and exits so the drainage network does not interfere with the site’s daily use.
